Overview
You know what struck me first about Al Nafurah Apartments? It’s one of those places that actually feels like someone’s thought about what travelers really need, not just what looks good in photos. I mean, sure, it’s got that solid four-star feel without being stuffy about it, but there’s something refreshingly practical about the whole setup. The apartments themselves are honestly bigger than I expected – and I’ve stayed in my share of “spacious” places that turned out to be glorified closets. These actually have room to spread out your stuff, which if you’re like me and somehow always overpack, you’ll appreciate more than you think.
The thing is, when you see a rating like 8.9, you sort of brace yourself for either total perfection or some glaring flaw that everyone’s somehow overlooking. Al Nafurah falls into neither category, thankfully. It’s just… well-run, I guess? The kind of place where the little things work – the Wi-Fi doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home, the air conditioning actually cools the room instead of just making noise, and there’s enough hot water for a proper shower even if you’re not the first person up. The staff genuinely seems to know what they’re doing too, which honestly isn’t always a given. Check-in was smooth, they had actual helpful suggestions about the area (not just the touristy stuff), and when I had a question about extending my stay, they sorted it out without making me feel like I was asking for a kidney.
What really won me over, though, was how it strikes this balance between being apartment-style independent and hotel-convenient. You’ve got your own space to cook if you want (the kitchenette is actually functional, not just decorative), but you’re not stuck doing everything yourself. It’s perfect for those longer stays where you want to feel somewhat settled but don’t want the hassle of finding and coordinating everything on your own. The location works well too – not right in the chaos of everything, but close enough that you’re not spending half your day getting places. I’d definitely come back, which for me is always the real test. Sometimes the best recommendation isn’t that a place is perfect, but that it just gets the important stuff right consistently.

Guest Reviews
Spotlessly clean apartment in a great location with a very friendly and helpful host. When we visit Munich we shall stay here again.
What could be improved: A coffee machine might be helpful but not a problem really.
Fantastic location! Great setup and clean apartment. Staff was excellent! Would stay again
Fantastic location, friendly host, spacious apartment with good facilities.
We were received by the hosts upon arrival, who were really kind and thoughtful! The flat is beautiful, spacious, and very well-located (also, well equipped for Muslim travellers :) ). Overall, the experience was so positive! Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Location was great. Hadi was a great host
What could be improved: None..
Specious, clean, central
What could be improved: Bathtub put in the middle of the bathroom which couldn’t be used
Perfect location, spacious and comfortable apartment, very friendly and easy to deal host Hadi. Brilliant service, thank you very much! Will definitely stay here again!
The location of the property is fantastic - tucked on a small laneway off a main pedestrian street. Very close to town centre and short walk to train. The friendly host eagerly helped us unload bags from the car. No parking but we weren’t keeping a car so it was fine. Apartment is huge with 2 bathrooms and large lounge area. Spotlessly clean.
What could be improved: The kitchenette lacks supplies and we all found the pillows very hard.
The accommodation was fantastic! It was very clean and well-equipped. The host family was incredibly warm and welcoming, going out of their way to assist us with any questions or concerns. If I have the chance to visit Munich again in the future, I will definitely stay here again!
Comfort and convenience. Great to have a washer. Location is exceptional! Management and service were very good with easy communication.
What could be improved: Value for the money. Not a lot of amenities for the price.
