But you know what? Sometimes the best spots have the worst names, and this little gem absolutely proves that point.

The apartment actually lives up to that “new” claim – everything feels fresh and thoughtfully put together, not like those places where “renovated” means they just slapped some paint over the problems. The bedrooms are genuinely cozy without being cramped (and I say this as someone who’s stayed in way too many “charming” European closets). What really got me was how they managed to make space for five people without it feeling like you’re constantly bumping into each other. The living area flows nicely, and there’s this sort of natural separation between the sleeping spaces and where you’d actually want to hang out during the day. The kitchen – well, it’s not huge, but it’s got everything you’d actually use, not just the bare minimum that makes them technically able to call it a “full kitchen.”

I’ll be honest, the 10 rating seems almost too good to be true, but after spending a few nights there, I get it. It’s those little details that add up – like how the shower actually has decent water pressure (you’d be surprised how rare that is), and the beds are comfortable enough that you’re not counting springs or sinking into some saggy mattress disaster. The whole place just feels… lived-in but clean, if that makes sense? Like someone actually thought about what travelers need instead of just checking boxes. Plus, and this might sound weird, but the lighting is really good – not too harsh, not too dim, just right for actually reading or doing whatever in the evenings. The only minor thing I’d mention is that with five people, you’ll definitely want to coordinate shower times, but honestly, that’s pretty standard for most places that sleep more than two.
